About 18 months ago, Dr. Goodis did my crown. It seemed ok except flossing was not easy and the string would get caught often. So recently, the crown fell out of my mouth including the stem/screw that should keep it secured in the bone of the tooth... I paid about 3,000 cash and was told there is a guarantee for 5 years on the work. When I go in to get this fixed, DR. ROBERT GOODIS, comes in, I show him the fallen crown. And he doesn't look at it for long, no xray, no questions except open my mouth. After about 1 minutes, he says, its not salvagable and I need the tooth removed. I asked why, he said, there's bone loss in the crown, I looked, saw no bone, only cement and food particles (I will attach a photo). There is no bone loss, just the cement and food particles. (I got a second opinion and was told there is no bone loss in the crown and its certainly a salvageable scenario) His conclusion, after no xrays, no major questions (hes also an owner i hear...), was, "you need to remove the entire tooth, there's bone loss in the crown." There was NO bone loss in the crown, at all (see the picture, no bone what soever).

My Experience:
