I have found Dr. Batra, his assistant, and Renee to be very professional as well as very caring individuals. I'm a 42 year old baby when it comes to dentists but I really appreciate that they stay small enough to be able to treat all patients as family. All of my appointments have been easy to schedule and Renee will even call you with reminders if she knows you forget like I do. Billing isn't an issue as all I do is pay my co-pay and renee handles the rest. One of the thing I appreciate is that whenever I have an emergency pain I call the number and they are very quick to get back to me and I've had to wait at the longest about an hour for a return call. If you're looking for a great family dentist he's it and I'd definately recommend him as I have to friends of mine.
