Dr. Grunstein is a very good dentist. She used to be the president of the ADA for Los Angeles area. I've been going to her for about 10 years or so. Generally go for bi-annual dental hygienist - I went quarterly for about 4 years. I think doing that helped to keep dental costs down. Because something can be fixed at the outset.
She has a good chair-side manner, employs a great dental hygienist (same one for years), little pain involved, been going so much I know the procedures. Most costs are covered by my insurance except the cost of crowns of which the insurance company gives you the AVERAGE amount spent rather than the ACTUAL amount spent on getting a crown.
