Dr. Rostami and his staff need to learn that when people come in for a cleaning they do not want to be greeted with a pushy sales pitch. I went in for a routine cleaning and before his staff even checked my new insurance coverage I had anesthesia jammed in my mouth and the process had started. Turns out my isurance did not cover the type of cleaning Dr. Rostami decided to perform at his own will. Then, when I was leaving his assistant tried to sell me a $2000 mouth guard and a $400 toothbrush. I felt like I was buying a used car not getting my teeth cleaned. When it was all said and done I was being charged for something I never even wanted. This was a miserble experience and I would not recommend him for anyone.
All I wanted was a pleasant experience and a routine cleaning.
