I was referred by a friend who had told me about the great job Dr. Chao did in making her dentures. I have to admit, I'm not the easiest patient to work with. I'm very picky about having things "just right." But Dr. Chao exceeded my expectations. She took the time to address all of my concerns about my bite and how my teeth would look. I felt that she really cared about my concerns and wasn't just trying to hurry me up. My veneer and crowns came out perfect! And along with the bleaching, I feel the cost of the dental work was definitely worth it. Dr. Chao is one of the most caring and empathetic dentists that I've ever had, and this concern for the patient is what really makes her stick out, in my opinion. I was so happy, I even gave her a hug at the end of my treatment!
By the way, her office has an incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge. It's much better than staring out at another building or parking lot while sitting in the chair.
