About Front Desk: The issue is not with Dr. Conley but the unprofessional conduct of the Office Manager, rudeness, no empathy, very condescending and ridiculing the caller . Not quite sure if Dr. Conley is aware of the staff's behavior and how patients or patients' family members are being treated, talked to or talked down. Phone calls/messages are being blocked and refused to let the caller speak with Dr. Conley despite repeated requests.
