Dr Schiavone was gentle and both he and his Staff were friendly and capable. They stopped my pain and did the work I needed without discomfort, which is very important to me, as I have suffered in the past. I learned that if I don't wait until it hurts, everything is easier.
The front office staff helped me with my insurance questions and appointments, in English and Spanish, just to show me respect, even though I am bilingual. We made a plan to maximize my insurance benefits. I learned I must use my insurance to the maximum every year or I lose the unused portion, like my cell phone minutes
They answered all my questions and gave me an electric toothbrush, flossing instruction and other tools to stay healthy.
Very caring people, I would recommend to anyone.
Also, I was told the office is open 7 days a week with Dr Schiavone, who speaks Spanish and of course English there, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and Dr Hasan there, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
They both graduated from UCLA. The hygienists were gently and kind.
