Dr. Levy did a very poor job on my elderly mother's implants. First of all he did not explain the procedure to us beforehand and asked her to pay in full (nearly $9,000 for 4 teeth) upfront without offering payment options or accepting insurance. Mom was confused and anxious to get her front teeth replaced after an accident so agreed to pay. Then Dr. Levy did a poor job on the implants. The first implants he made her were the wrong color and did not fit her at all. Even arrogant Dr. Levy admitted they were bad and told us he had to remake them. Dr. Levy cancelled one of my mother's appointments at the last minute because he decided to attend a seminar in Aruba and couldn't offer her another one for weeks. All this time my mother had to suffer without front teeth. EVEN AFTER ALL THE DELAYS AND VISITS THE FINAL IMPLANTS DR LEVY MADE HER ARE STILL PROTRUDING AND THE WRONG COLOR. Dr. Levy was defensive about his poor job and said "your mother must have always had buck teeth, and geriatric dentistry is not the same." WRONG DR LEVY MY MOM HAD BEAUTIFUL TEETH BEFORE HER ACCIDENT, YOU CHARGED HER TOP DOLLAR, DID A POOR JOB AND INSULTED HER. Office is not handicap accessible, Mom had to struggle up steep steps with her walker. Disgrace.
