I went to Dr. MCDonald's office from the time I was about 12-18 years old. I had a lot of fillings done over the years, and Dr. McDonald was always pretty gentle and kind. He has a soothing voice and made everything seem like "not a big deal." The office itself is pretty small, but actually felt kind of "cozy," if a dentist's office can actually feel that way. The staff was really nice and they seem to remember the patients well-- always asking about my family, etc.
We never had any billing/insurance problems that I know of.
I also never remember having to wait very long in the waiting room.
