This is not your typical dentist's office. David and his staff do everything they can to help keep you relaxed (from the tranquil back area with the pond, waterfall, and bird feeders to the scattered water sculptures that David makes himself). For those with tender teeth, he seems to know how to make things not hurt (I was even impressed at how he administered the Novocain when I first went). I should mention that I broke a tooth on a Saturday morning and they saw me that day (my previous dentist was closed on Saturday).
Overall, I have had about 6 or 7 dentists in the local area (I live in Burbank), and none compare to David and his staff. From fillings, to crowns, to regular cleanings, I don't think he can be beat and I am more than willing to drive the extra distance for the atmosphere and care.
Then there's the bonus - a lover of Italian food can reward themselves afterward at Mazzarino's (which is only a couple of blocks away) .
If you fear dentists, or are sensitive to even cleanings, give David and his staff a try - they are well worth it.
