Dr. Rosenthal has been my dentist for over 2 years. Each time I've seen him, I've been impressed. Very clean office and the front office staff are helpful and professional. The layout of the waiting room is very nice and, each time I've been there, only one or two people were waiting.
I've been treated by Dr. Rosenthal and his associate (can't spell his name). Both were very professional and went out of their way to calm me down (I'm a nervous patient). Every procedure was thoroughly explained and questions were patiently answered. I don't remember having any pain at all while in the chair. Prescription medications were provided when necessary.
Unfortunately, Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) is not provided. But I must say that each time I was put at ease by the doctor and assistant.
Dr Rosenthal was also honest with me about alternate procedures and their costs. I never felt I was being pushed towards a more expensive procedure when there was a less expensive alternative available.
As respects insurance, they do take major plans. No MediCal. They are expensive but so are other dentists in this part of the Bay Area.
I highly recommend this dentist.
