I've been a patient of Dr. Jin for around 9 years. I've mostly had regular cleanings, a filling or two early on, and Invisalign. Everything was done perfectly. Her office is like a spa and has great customer service. Dr. Jin, herself, is just a great person. I've never felt pressured to do treatment, and she honestly seems to care about the long term health of my teeth/gums. She gave me a Sonicare toothbrush on my first visit and really educated me on how to use it properly and really take care of my teeth for the long haul. My teeth have never been this healthy, and I have to give credit to Dr. Jin and her staff for turning around a yuck mouth. I recommend Dr. Jin to everyone.

About Front Desk: Lori has been Dr. Jin's front desk for as long as I can remember. Myrene has been Dr. Jin's assistant for as long as I can remember as well. The fact that Dr. Jin has so many long term employees really tells me that she must be good person that treats people with loyalty and respect. Lori is so sweet. I sometimes wish she was my mom. She's always seems to be on top of things. She's really friendly, and I don't ever recall having to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Myrene is also a sweetheart, but she's mostly running around assisting Dr. Jin, so I haven't had as much personal interaction with her.

Hygiene rating:

About Hygienist: Christie has been Dr. Jin's hygienist for as a long as I can remember. She is simply wonderful. She is so gentle that I almost couldn't believe it. I never knew a cleaning could be so painless and blood-free. I originally switched to Dr. Jin's office from my old school childhood dentist. His hygienist used those scraper things, and I'm pretty sure I single-handedly crushed my fair share of arm rests while at my old dentist. On the other hand, Christie uses a sonic/vibrating tool with the occasional scraper thing for tough spots. I barely feel a tickle and my teeth feel cleaner afterwards than my old dentist. I don't know if it's the new technology, Christie, or my new found maturity, and I honestly don't care.
