EXTREMELY POOR CHAIR-SIDE MANNERS: My teenage daugher was a patient of Dr. James Weaver for 10+ years. He was very friendly in the beginning. Over the years he grew too comfortable. Her last visit there, he purposely sprayed her in the face with the water for no reaaseon and thought it was funny. Not once did he apologize. Very unprofessional.
