Customer service needs improvement. If an office is overbooked or equiptment is not working right. First priority should be is to APOLOGIZE to the patient and be more understanding and try and work with the patients needs. Especially those who are in pain or discomfort. I have never been to a dentist where you have to pay upfront before the work is done. It makes me feel as though I am second priority. Although she can be a good dentist she needs a little work with being patient and understanding. I think she has the potential to be a great dentist.
