Dr. Watters himself is a good dentist generally, but he put in a bonding area to the top of one of my teeth and it was not shaped well and came off after only a few months. I had to pay to have it done again by the other dentist in his office, Dr. Irene Tan. She is very good and careful, but unfortunately, you can't be sure which dentist you will get if you make an appointment. They share duties. My MAIN COMPLAINT about this office is the front desk person as well as a hygienest (Mary) who I overheard complaining loudly about a patient who was late. The front desk person can be rude, abrasive and unhlepful -- both on the phone regarding appointments/insurance and in person -- hearing her join in the complaining with my hygienist about the customer who had not arrived was so disturbing I was almost in tears. I did not want to go in for my appointment after having to overhear the unprofessional things that were said about the other patient. This same hygienist also "diagnosed" my need for sealants on 4 teeth, I trusted her thinking this was OK for her to recommend, & later found that the dentist did not agree with her diagnosis. Yet I was still charged for the sealants that the hygienist applied. I have changed dentists.
