Customer service: Neutral on this one. I requested a 4PM appointment that I had to wait two weeks for, then the day before the appointment the dentist office calls to leave a message to move my appointment to 230P so the doctor can make it to an seminar. This dentist has a $50 billing fee for last minute appointments. The hygienist takes you xrays very polite & friendly, then you re-directed to an exam room. The dental assistant hands you a survey to fill out, then shows you a photo album that features teeth from healthy to periodontis condition. When the doctor finally shows up, they explain what they find on the xrays, then examines your teeth. After the exam is over, the dental assistant returns to tell you that your insurance is not enough, and that you need to pay twice what your insurance covers. I recommend getting a second opinion before procedding
