Dr. Willcox is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. He is extremely thorough, does not rush through exams and treatments, always explains the procedure and answers questions. He also always keeps in mind what a treatment will cost the patient, never pushes expensive procedures and will work with you to see if a less expensive treatment is available. I have not experienced any pain in his office and the quality of his work has been outstanding. His hygienist is terrific and her cleanings are painless as well. Dr. Willcox's office handles all insurance matters and usually bills you only after the insurance company pays its share, which can be several weeks after the service. The office is not very big, big very clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and she even recognizes you by your voice when you call.
