Dr Cobb is professional and competent. His office manager is often opinionated and controlling. Don't try to get a sense of the overall costing and Delta Dental co-pay process -- the manager's answer is "I've been doing this for years, you don't need this information". You end up stressed not knowing what co-pay costs there are and the number of visits to estimate to fix your dental problem. The tech's are either very green or, in the case of the person who does the bite impressions, they are more concerned about getting in/out than your understanding and concern about the process.
