Dr. Chin is amazing. We would recommend him to anyone. He used bone morphogenic protein to establish bone growth for our child born with cleft lip and palate.
His office was very helpful with insurance issues. We worked closely together to ensure proper payments from the insurance company. We paid for the material and were later reimbursed by insurance, Dr. Chin's office made sure all of his and the hospital charges were paid by insurance.
He takes time to explain everything. Dr. Chin is a warm genuine person that clearly has not only a scientific interest in his patients, but also cares about the outcomes. He is very aware of how his work changes the lives of his patients for the better.
Additonally, he offered excellent advice about different choices available to us. He was candid, honest and kind.
