About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very, very rude! They are not very flexible with scheduling, and they will not see you if you are just a couple minutes late, and charge their $50 dollar cancellation fee. There has been times when they have hung up the phone on me. They are so not professional. They have very bad customer service, especially the manager.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is very nice.
