Dr. Todd Andrews is the best dentist my husband and I have ever gone to. He is incredibly informative and cares that you 1) understand what procedures he is about to perform and 2) are comfortable with it.
His staff follows suit.
I'm not sure if his services are expensive or not --covered by insurance luckily, so can't be of much help there.
