I just started seeing Dr. Barone based on a recommendation by a friend.
I was looking for a dentist that was gentle and caring and utilized a hygienist.
I was surprised when Dr. Barone recommended a slew of work for me and my family.
My personal experience was not that great.
I went in with a fear of dentist and the need for root canals every time I had something done to my teeth.
When Dr. Barone replaced 2 of my fillings based on his recommendation that they were old fillings.
I was in pain for 3+ weeks. When I went to see him about it he told me that I might need a root canal. This was the one thing that I did not want to happen. I told him that I was very unhappy about having a filling that had no issues replaced and now I need a possible root canal. He immediately told me that I was accusing him of doing something unethical which I wasn’t. He immediately dismissed me and told me to call the BBB for dentistry if I had further complains.
Needless to say, I was shocked and left in tears. I will never go back to him again.
About Hygienist: His hygienist was great and I had no issues with.
