Dr. Birch and his staff are wonderful at taking care of children! He calmed my 2 yr. old son by explaining the x-ray process, each step of checking his mouth and by really talking to him and not at him. He made what could have been a nightmare and possible "melt-down" situation into a pleasant one. Thank you Dr. Birch!
