Be advised this dentist has had his license to practice dentistry revoked!
I saw Dr Lewis to have my Invisiline braces installed. Paid him monthly for this service, but was referred to another dentist to complete the treatment - without expaination for this action!
Again, he never completed the treatments but continues to withdraw payment!!
I will lodge a formal complaint for this practice and demand my money back from his dishonest practices.
DO NOT SEE DENTIST!
