Maybe I caught Dr. Elizabeth Johns on a bad day, but she was neither friendly, empathetic or caring. She was cold as ice and so was her staff. I had an emergency root canal with antibiotic treatment by an emergency referral from my normal dentist. Wow, was this a painful experience and instead of making me feel better I was treated like I owed them money and ignorant. As a Trauma Nurse I wasn't ignorant and I treat my patients with a lot better bed/chair side manners. During the course of anesthesia delivery Dr. Johns actually stuck my tongue with the needle and blamed me for having too big a tongue. I gave my family dentist an earful and never returned for a follow-up. BTW, she was expensive, the antibiotic treatment did work, but like I said I won't go back. Her staff customer service was just as cold - wanting immediate payment before I even sat at the dentist's chair.
About Hygienist: The environment and office space were nice and clean. Supporting cast for Dr. Johns was also highly snotty and not so kind.
