I personally think this dentist needs to take care of their customers. I recentally got some work done their, and I was told how much it was going to cost me and how much my insurance was going to cover. I had no problem with the price I had to pay, so I got the repair done, and made my payment in full, which was $370 and made an appointment to repair some of my other teeth. The day before my next scheduled appointment the receptionist called me and told me that I still owe $273 because my insurance did not cover the full amount $1898. It turns out that the is dentist actually charges their patients more than other dentist. I talked to my insurance, and they told me that they could not cover the charges because the charges exceed reasonable and customary rates in the sac area. This upset me because they know their rates are higher than other dentist. They should at least warn their patients that thier fees could double. This is not my mistake, why should I pay for their mistakes and miscalculation on fees. This is not good customer service and good bussines practice. Be arware, If you choose Dr.Lott, the price you pay out of your pocket could double.
