During the eight years I had Dr. Rose as a dentist, he never recommended full X-Rays after the first visit. He aslo never recommended that my 35 year old fillings be replaced. When I wound up in dire pain he said that it wasn't dental related and referred me to a medical doctor. After several weeks of searching for the answer, I'd seen several doctors including an ENT and had also gotten a CT scan and spent a night in the emergency room. I was off work for two weeks and my co-pay for medical services was well over a thousand dollars.
I needed a root canal. I experienced a great deal of pain and expense under this doctor's care. I'm not very experienced with dental care but felt this was preventable and that once it did happen, I suffered longer and spent more money than necessary. I take partial responsibility in that I should have known and insisted these fillings be replaced. I do have dental insurance and any co-pay has been paid within two weeks of receiving a statement.
I know this doctor: I went to him ONE time, eight years ago.
