I went with my kids for two years. The last time I went she refused to let me stay with my kids, which I have done with most of my visits. As a parent and the paying client, you would want to communicate with the dentist to understand the development of the kids teeth so that you can explain later your kids and understand what is happening. I understand that she tries to create a relation with the kids but her lack of willing to communicate with the parent is inacceptable. As a result, she didn't mentioned that there is a time limit with insurance coverage to insert sealants in the molars which was mentioned to me by my new dentist. Therefore, I now have to pay $240.00 out of pocket for something she had two years to do.
For both those reasons, you certainly understand that I would recommend no one to go there, but if you have to insist have your own experience. Just be careful, time passes fast and there is no turning back. I am sorry for my kids having made the mistake to take them to that dentist.
