One night, I had a crown come off while I was flossing. The next day I called 3 offices before I came across Dr. Tsai's office. The receptionist made time for me the same day. I was blown away when I entered the office; I've never seen an office this beautiful; I thought I was in a spa. Every staff member was very friendly and showed a sincere concern for my comfort. Dr. Tsai explained to me all my options in great detail and recemented my crown without any discomfort. Considering how fast Dr. Tsai was able to see me and the gorgeous facility, I was surprised with how little I was charged. With a long history of dental work, I have to say that this experience was by far the best and most personalized care I've ever received. I would highly recommend this office to anybody.
