I visited Dr. Prabhu on my HMO plan for a regular checkup. There was no warmth on the part of her as a dentist toward patient. She did not communicate what she was doing as she did it. I was simply given an estimate of the work that she claimed needed done. They asked me to sign it right then and there and were going to do the work. I reluctantly signed, but then felt so uncomfortable with the way things were handled that I ended up leaving the office before they could get their hands on me. Would not recommend her.
