Her office is now in San Leandro, if this is the right Margaret Yap. I complained about my #5 tooth hurting when I bite hard about a year ago and she found nothing wrong; and when I complained again in February 2006 she X rayed the tooth and still found nothing wrong. In fact I later found out the toot had a lateral fracture past down the gum level and could not be saved. And when I complained to her about her inaction she removed the filling on the tooth and gave me a tongue lashing that she was doing all she can for me and said the insurance disallowed root canal because the specialist said the prognosis is guarded. She then told her secretary to demand for my signature on the doctor's record file to cover her mistakes. This dentist has a bad personality. She never smile or talk to me cordially. In fact she does not want to communicate with me at all except on this last occassion when she started to defend her inaction to save my tooth. In fact I had to go to another doctor and had to extract my #5 tooth. All because of the incompetance of Doctor Yap lack of observation. In fact the second dentist detected the lateral fracture right away.
