Dr. Fremont was extremely professional yet very friendly, pain free and easy to talk to. Very impressed with all staff - with the possible exception of Karen(?) who seemed to be "pushy" about treatments needed and scheduling. She made you feel like your schedule didn't matter. She wanted you to take what date she suggested and couldn't find anything available if you didn't want the date she suggested. It made her seem less friendly. Even at that, she did her job well. We did also appreciate the no insurance discounts given and the suggestion of using the financing option. Overall our experience was wonderful.
About Hygienist: Excellent - the girl who did the cleaning and related work was really great! She was very caring and concerned.
