After having an 1100 dollar cleaning that took the hygienist only 1/2 hour, i had a balance left from my insurance compamy. Dr's office never contacted me about this balance, and when I inquired it took no less than 6 months and numerous phone calls to get my money back. Talk about unethical, I'm sure they would have never contacted me about the moneyb that was due to me (they told me it had to go through their accountant...funny because they certaintly accepted my money fast enough) I have never been back, and will never go back to this office.
