I was referred to Dr. Stevenson for an emergency root canal per my family dentist (Dr. Brandi Hutchins of Benicia Family Dentistry). My appointment was scheduled promptly for 0745 the following morning. The patient registration had already been emailed to me and was completed the evening before my appointment, so as when I entered the office I was greeted by name which started my wonderful and efficient visit to Dr. Stevenson's office. Shortly after my arrival, Dr. Stevenson arrived through the front door, greeted me then proceeded to greet everyone on his staff. Being a Registered Nurse and realizing how important it is for the patient to feel comfortable from the onset of care, this was especially meaningful to me. The entire office staff was prepared for my visit which continued to be just lovely. The efficiency of Dr. Stevenson during the entire procedure was superb, explaining the process and anticipatory sensations, making me so comfortable that I actually fell asleep during the root canal ! Now that is a very good thing, considering the terror people have when hearing 'root canal' ! I would give Dr. Stevenson, Lori(assisting RDA) and his entire office a 10+++ and I would highly recommend them! Thank you again!
