I was a patient of Dr. Bernal's father and stayed through the transition. I was not so sure about the changes; had seen Dad for 30 years-had a big lump in my throat the first time I saw Matt-no problem, he is gentle, efficient, does what needs to be done, does not tarry. The cost question in the survey-things cost what they cost-Matt is no more expensive than anyone else I have spoken to friends about. Pain: the only pain I have experienced is whatever I conjured up in my head.
About Hygienist: I try to always use the same hygienist; we have a rapport-things go smoothly-little stressful on the X-rays; again it is me and not her.
