About Front Desk: Unorganized and overwhelmed. I was told my insurance would be called to calculate my out of pocket expenses. Instead of telling me she didn't get around to it. I was given my out of pocket expenses without my insurance ever being contacted. I contacted my insurance and was told Dr. Danielson's office never called them. When trying to clarify with his office no one had time to talk to me. Very unprofessional. A lot of the clients I saw in his office were elderly. My only hope is that they are not being taken advantage of.
