Dr. Massa is very friendly and comfortable and relaxed.
although they dont take all insurance, he split the cost of procedures (fillings) with me to make it more affordable.
he negotiates when insurance is a problem.
Im rarely impressed by front office staff at any dentist, and although this office would only get a FAIR rating for me, they were never POOR.
However, the dental staff has always impressed me.
One time i came in with a chipped tooth I didnt think was a big deal, and he went out of his way to fix it on the spot and changing plans to take care of it. very impressive.
he really cares.
and his esthtetic wok has stood strong. great work.
