Dr. Sugimoto has the gentlest touch of any dentist I've ever seen. The office is beautiful, but the staff can sometimes leave something to be desired. The hygienists are excellent, but the young girls in the front office tend to dress a little inappropriately and are not always polite. I think Dr. Sugimoto does excellent work, and he made my filling process feel like nothing! My insurance is not accepted at his office, though, so I have to find a new dentist. I'd definitely recommend him, even though I'm paying out of pocket for my cleainings!
