She & I agreed that she would do one crown but without my permission she did two. They are so bad that both need to be redone. During the procedure, her equipment malfunctioned. The original visit took four hours -- four hours of torture. She left before it was finished and had her assistant complete the work. In my opinion, this was irresponsible and unprofessional. It was unpleasant for me. Since she first worked on my teeth, I have had pain and discomfort. I now have a lot of trouble with my teeth. I still find it difficult to eat. Beware!
