I am a returned customer who lost a tooth with dentist Bogen's root canal that cost $1300 (no dental coverage). Initially the dentist Bogen was extraordinary sweet and gave me several "free of charge" dental consultations. In two month I was offered to have a second surgery on the same tooth because of "slow healing", but I left to see another dentist. I was diagnozed with a bacterial inflammation, a fistula, and a lesion in the treated tooth. The tooth with four month root canal was extracted. Although not informed about that sad event, dentist Bogen reacted to my request for X-rays as an insult, when I came to pick up my x-rays. It is shocking to see a professional attacking a client verbally or in the dental file.
