My husband and his Dad have been going to Dr. Phipps for as long as they can remember. I started going to him about 9 years ago. I was deathly afraid of dentists and Dr. Phipps is credited for being the one who finally got me over my fear. He was patient, understanding, and sensitive to my fears. I required extensive dental work and while that's never pleasant, it was minimally uncomfortable. His entire staff is so friendly and personable that it's like visiting old friends every time we go. We have received above excellent care from him and his staff every single time we're in for a visit. I have not had a single complaint or less-than-excellent visit in the 9 years I've been going to him.
On the rating system, I really don't know comparatively if what he charges is cheap or not. But I do believe it's more than fair for the quality of service and affordable at the very least.
