I have been a patient of the practice for nearly 30 years and have been there since Dr. Phipps took over the practice from Dr. Wickey. He is skilled, knowledgeable and very friendly. The office located form the address given and is now at Clifford M Phipps Dds 18102 Irvine Boulevard Suite 210 Tustin, CA 92780

About Hygienist: His dental hygienist is the best. She has been with the practice for nearly 30 years.
