Dr Mussone's office staff and customer service is absolutely terrible. I would never never do business with him or his office staff again. Do yourself a favor. Never go to him!!!!
My husband and I have dual coverage, yet they made him pay 381 up front. Then our insurance, mine and his sent a check directly to them.
My husband called 5 times (long-distance call) in about 3 weeks and was given nothing but excuses and was told they would call him back and they never did. They caused us to get so angry because all we heard were excuses and we will call you back, etc.etc. and they never responded. RUDE!
We were trying to get our money back. They held our money for 6 weeks and would not respond to us.
Finally I called them so upset and angry. They told me they will put the check in the mail We will see.
If you ever go to him, GOOD LUCK is all I can say.

His staff should be fired from the front desk on backwards. They all gave us excuses and would not respond no matter how many times we called.
