I had amalgam cavities removed and replaced. I felt this was fairly toxic process and had mercury chips in my mouth at the end of my session.
My poor experience with this office was with billing. I was billed incorrectly several times and then let them know. After they seemingly corrected it all, I sent another letter asking to clarify my charges as they had grossly underestimated the cost of what my insurance would cover. This was a very unpleasant process, and in the end, they sent a letter "Pay or get this will get sent to a collection agency!" I could not believe they would treat their patients this way. I have perfect credit, so I promptly paid, but would like to share my experience so others will not have to go through this unexpectedly.
