Everything was fine. The job was well done, the facilities were clean, the staff was curtious. He even took my time to answer my questions about braces. Everything was fine except for one thing. One of the reasons that I went there was because my gums bleed everytime I brush my teeth. After my deep cleaning, I asked what should I do if they keep bleeding. He said "they won't." I asked this question over and over again, and he gave the same cocky response. I had to resort to asking the staff at the desk to get my questions answered. That was a total insult. Of course, they still bleed to this day and I will not be going back there again. I suppose if you want to go in and out without a word, then great, go for it. But if you want your questions to be treated with respect, find another dentist.
Also, the procedure was around $800, and $104 with insurance. His actual time spent was 5 minutes with the novicane shots and 10 minutes cleaning. Then there was another 10-20 minutes with the assistant. Seemed a little expensive to me but I could be wrong.
