Our experience:
1.The staff submitted insurance claims to the insurance company and asked to be paid for the services even though we paid the amount in full on the days of service. When the claims were paid, we were not notified until we got a notice from the insurance company. They kept over $1000 of our money until we asked for it.
2. This year, the office manager claimed that insurance claims were sent to the insurance company and claimed to have gotten a confirmation number. I asked her to email me the form submitted and the confirmation number in an email. First, she claimed that the computer system was broken and then, she sent me an email so big it can’t be opened. I asked her to send it in the mail. She never did. After multiple phone calls and emails, two month later, we finally got the insurance refund.
