I guess the dental care I received wasn't too bad, but the curmudgeonly woman at the front desk is the most unhelpful and unpleasant person I have come across in some time! My wife's experience on the other hand was very poor: When she was getting her teeth flossed she warned the hygienist about the fragile bonding between her front teeth, which apparently didn't sink in because the hygienist then proceeded to floss between those teeth and chipped off the bonding. A little bit irritating, but not a huge deal. My wife then made another appointment to get it fixed, where she was told the original job was poorly done, to have chipped off so easily (it wasn't, she had it done with a really great dentist when we lived in another state). The guy fixes it, tests his work by flossing... and obviously it chips off again. He begrudgingly fixes the bonding a 2nd time and tells my wife: "You'll need to be careful when flossing." -- exactly what she had originally told the hygienist to begin with! Oh, and then they tried to send us the bill for that little follow-up visit!!! So, obviously we found another dentist and guess what?!... Now they don't feel like they need to fax our records to the new place!! Best of luck all who dare!!!
