I had avoided dentists because I never found the novocaine to relieve my anxiety / pain. Just didn't work well. Dr. Newman's office offers Nitrous which makes a huge difference. I have no anxiety / pain issues with NO2. Dr. Newman is personable and he has on radio stations that I like during the procedures. Older rock / pop. He also talks about various current issues. I'm satisfied with the work and service - though sometimes I consder trying a 'natural' dentist, whatever that might mean. He has a great staff with pretty much no turn over in the 20 some years I've been seeing him. I always see the same hygienest and she is great. I'm reluctant to go somewhere else because of her.
About Hygienist: Dianne, ~15 years, knowledgeable through ongoin work with hygienist school, thorough, pleasant makes visit personal and interesting. Incredible memory or keeps notes about what was chatted about last time.
