First visit. He is very careful and considerate. So far so good. I had a root canal. Very pleasant X-Ray tech, a woman. I like the efficiency of the office. If they can do the job right then and there, they do. Making an appointment is a breeze. They ask you what day and time you want to come back. My only concern was that the office is a little run down, but thats the worst of it. I am not entirely finished with treatment so I didnt check "complete success" just yet. I would definitely recommend Dr O.
