I was seen by Dr Ratliff as a new patient in an existing doctor's office and was nervous since I had only seen the other doctor for years. I needed a root canal and crown quickly and was accomodated quickly and efficiently. The entire staff (especially the dental assistant) was amazing!! They made sure to tell me what insurance would cover and the procedure was pain free! Hard to say especially with such major treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and look forward to getting my front teeth fixed next.
